With more than 30 years of experience across every level of the hospitality industry, Ben Higgs has built a reputation for delivering exceptional food experiences, from intimate private dining events to large-scale corporate and premium hospitality functions.
Having worked extensively throughout Australia and internationally, Ben has owned, operated and consulted across a diverse range of restaurants, catering businesses and food ventures. Today, he brings that wealth of knowledge to the events and food truck industry, combining traditional hospitality values with creativity, innovation and flawless execution.
Ben specialises in bespoke private chef experiences, creating memorable dining occasions in homes, estates and unique venues. Over the past decade, he has regularly served as Head Chef for premium hospitality programs associated with Aston Martin and Mercedes-Benz during the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix at Albert Park.
Passionate about provenance and quality, Ben works closely with local growers, farmers and trusted providores to source the freshest seasonal ingredients available. His philosophy is simple: exceptional ingredients, prepared with care and respect, create exceptional food.
